Home Watch Inspections

HWC will conduct weekly or bi-weekly interior and exterior inspections of your home looking for obvious issues
Each visit includes a detailed report on the findings including pictures with start/stop times, potential areas of concern and confirmation that mechanical systems are functioning properly—hvac, sump pump, plumbing, etc…
If an issue is uncovered, HWC will notify you immediately and will consult with you on how to best remedy the situation. HWC will continue to manage the situation with your input until the issue is resolved to your satisfaction
Provide emergency response to security system alarms* after hours fee will apply
Monitor severe weather warnings, providing pre-storm preparations and post storm checks



Key Holder Service

HWC will meet and accept deliveries on your behalf
With your authorization, HWC will open your home for contractors and lock up after service is complete
If desired, HWC will stay in your home while services are being performed to ensure the work is completed to your specifications
For those clients that are simply looking for a local, trusted key holder in case of an emergency or an unexpected delivery, HWC offers a monthly flat fee option

Vehicle Monitoring & Start Up Sevice

To ensure your cars or golf cart are properly maintained, HWC can perform vehicle start-ups and/or ensure your battery charger is operating as it should.



Concierge

If you forgot something at home or an important piece of mail was delivered to your primary address, HWC can package and send these items to you
If you would like to return home to a stocked fridge and pantry, HWC can order, pick up and put away groceries prior to your arrival
If you would like your home freshened up with a light cleaning, HWC can arrange to have that done for you



Let HWC monitor your client’s unoccupied property as described in Home Watch Inspections
